I am an aesthetic physician practising at Apogée Clinic in Jumeirah Beach Residence, Dubai. I have been treating patients for over nine years.
My work now sits in three areas: facial aesthetics, the assessment and management of filler complications, and regenerative and longevity medicine. They overlap more than they appear to — all three depend on understanding what is actually happening in a patient’s tissue before deciding what, if anything, to do about it.

A great deal of aesthetic medicine is performed on the basis of what a face looks like from the outside. I would rather know what is underneath it. I use high-frequency ultrasound to identify previous filler, to distinguish fat from fluid from glandular tissue, and to measure what is actually there — and 3D imaging to record volume objectively rather than by impression. Assessment is not an administrative step before the treatment. It is the part that decides whether the treatment is right.
I combine treatments only when there are two problems
I combine treatments when I can identify two different problems — not because combining more treatments automatically produces a better result. A face that needs one thing done well is not improved by having three things done to it.
I will tell you when the answer is no
Sometimes the best eye treatment is no filler. Sometimes a double chin is anatomy rather than fat, and no laser will change it. Sometimes the honest recommendation is a surgical opinion, and I would rather say so at the assessment than after three sessions that were never going to work. Declining to treat is part of the job, and a practice that cannot do it is not offering you a medical opinion — it is taking an order.
What I treat
01 — Facial aesthetics
Structural and proportional work rather than volume for its own sake: dermal fillers and collagen biostimulators, thread lifting, endolaser for localised fat and tissue tightening, and botulinum toxin. I have been performing endolaser since 2016 — for most of those years on the Endolift® platform, and for the last three on the Forza system I use now. I have taught thread lifting to other physicians for over five years.
02 — Filler complications and ultrasound-guided assessment
Migration, nodules, delayed inflammatory reactions, vascular concerns, and filler placed years ago that is still altering the shape of a face. I assess these with high-frequency ultrasound and manage them accordingly, including dissolving in stages where that is the right approach. Patients are referred to me for this, and it is a distinct part of my practice rather than an afterthought to injecting.
03 — Regenerative and longevity medicine
Stem cell therapy, exosome treatments and intravenous regenerative protocols, alongside longevity assessment and planning. This is the area of my practice that has grown most, and it is why my work now extends beyond how a patient looks to how they are ageing.

Yes. I treat both men and women. For male patients, common areas of consultation include facial contouring, jawline definition, submental fullness, hair restoration, regenerative medicine and longevity-focused care.
Yes. I regularly assess patients who were treated elsewhere, particularly where there is filler migration, persistent swelling, nodules, asymmetry, suspected old filler or uncertainty about what was previously injected.
When useful, I use high-frequency ultrasound to assess what is present in the tissue before deciding whether observation, dissolving or another form of management is appropriate.
You do not need to have been my patient previously.
The first consultation starts with understanding what is actually bothering you and why.
I examine the area, review previous treatments and, where it adds useful information, may use high-frequency ultrasound or 3D photography as part of the assessment.
You leave with a clear explanation of what I think is contributing to the problem, what I would recommend, what I would not recommend, and what the realistic limitations are.
Not every consultation needs to end with a procedure. Sometimes the most useful outcome is deciding that nothing should be done yet

Rather than treating each concern as an isolated procedure, I usually assess the anatomy and underlying cause first and then decide which treatment — if any — makes sense.
